Align 1:1 Terms & Conditions

This Agreement is relevant to the Align 1:1 package.

1. Scope of Work

  • The Client is enrolling in Align 1:1, which includes six (6) mentoring sessions of approx. 45 minutes each.

  • Sessions are conducted online (via Zoom or equivalent).

  • Sessions will not be recorded. However, the Mentor uses an AI programme to generate summaries of the discussion, which will be used to improve calls and to compile a final action plan for the Client.

  • Feedback requests may be sent on Fridays for discussion during the next session.

2. Duration & Scheduling

  • The six sessions must be used within six (6) months of the Agreement start date.

  • The Client may reschedule a session up to 4 hours before the agreed start time without penalty.

  • If the Mentor needs to reschedule, a new date will be agreed in good faith.

  • Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.

3. Payment & Refunds

  • The programme fee is payable in full at the time of registration (via Stripe or other online payment system).

  • No refunds are available after the first session has taken place.

  • If unforeseen events (force majeure) prevent the Mentor from delivering the programme, the Client will receive a pro-rata refund for unused sessions.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client understands that progress depends on their own effort, commitment, and implementation. The Mentor does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

  • The Client agrees to respect the Mentor’s time and show up punctually for scheduled sessions.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • Both Parties agree to keep all discussions and shared materials confidential.

  • The Mentor complies with GDPR. Personal data is only collected for the purposes of programme delivery. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe; the Mentor has no direct access to full payment data.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All frameworks, methods, and materials shared by the Mentor remain the intellectual property of the Mentor.

  • The Client may use them for their own business development but may not copy, share, or resell them.

7. Termination

  • The Mentor reserves the right to withdraw the Client from the programme if behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or otherwise prevents progress.

  • In such cases, unused sessions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

8. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Germany.

  • Place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany.

9. Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior discussions or communications.
